Vukovi might sound like a backstreet bar in Krakow, but these guys rock pure Glasgow attitude.
The four-piece raised the four-storey ‘roof’ of the BBC Introducing tent with a potent mix of squealing guitar and boom boom bass set off by sassy singer Janine Shilstone’s rollercoaster vocals.
Mesmerising stuff from true crowd pleasers.
BBB introducing? We’re very pleased to meet you. We really must do this again sometime!

Who: Jungle
Where: King Tut’s Tent

It was a sweet, soul sound that went on and on and on -a welcome, warm release from the p***y outdoors and a smooth, chill out vibe. Can see their album selling well as a Sunday Chill Out.

Who: Sunset Sons
Where: T Break Tent

Is that Kings of Leon I hear. No, it’s Sunset Sons with a remarkably similar sound and lots of energy. Lead singer and pianist Rory is great to watch but every so often my mind drifted to the Rick Parfitt lookalike bassist. The hat with shoulder-length blonde hair dangling down really needed some sort of to quality control check. Take a tip from James Bay and get yourself a real hat. But hat aside, the mature-looking Sunset Sons commanded a confident and believable performance. They’ve got something so let’s hope we see a lot more of them.
