It’s a nice toy but it’s legs don’t really move - the toy can’t walk or sit or do anything much except move one leg. If you interact with her, she will move her head, wings, and hoofs, make special sounds, and lights up her horn in various different colors. Fingerlings have been around for a while and have created every animal, both mythical and natural that you can think of. I don’t know how well it will take to being ridden, but I know my daughter would definitely ride it! I am not sure how young I would recommend this toy for, it would depend on how responsible your child is and how well they handle their toys, only you would know that.
