This wonderfully creamy cheese is presented in a traditional black wax, and matured for over 2 years for full flavour. The majority of our products are perishable so we advise they should be chilled as soon as possible once delivered. They use milk from their herd of Holstein Fresian cows and the Lancashire Bomb is aged for 24 months until it bursts with flavour.

Vintage Cheddar, Ham and Pea Risotto is an ideal for a mid-week dinner with a rocket salad or some steamed greens.
