I love reading about London and it's not so glorious histories and characters, I really was looking forward to this book.Covered are John Dee, William Blake, Spring Heeled Jack, Highgate Vampire, Arthur Machen, Golden Dawn, Swedenborg, Rabbi Falk, Hawksmoor and more. To my shame I know relatively little about London's occult history, even considering that half my family are from there and I was born there.
