I cut a long, narrow “U” shape in a piece (my piece was 3″tallX4″wide) of foam board about halfway down the height of my photo box.

I got the Crop-a-dile right before the Big Bite came out, and I wish now that I hadn't because I can't justify getting the Big Bite. Multi material tool, punches paper, leather, thin foil, fabric, EVA foam, plastic… To make the perforations, both edges of the tool must be used, each one for a different hole size. The original Crop-a-dile has a separate punch mechanism that makes it easy to see down the barrel to line up your punching. I watched a YouTube where the demo showed how you could see where you were punching with the Big Bite by turning it over (meaning holding that big thing upside down in your hand) and that did concern me. I also found, like the original Crop-a-dile, this product does have a bit of a learning curve to it.

This new design requires you to really try to see from the side edge exactly where the punch will hit the paper.I'm glad I got the Big Bite for the times I need it, but there's no doubt that the regular Crop-a-Dile is the one I use 95% of the time, so unless you anticipate needing the extra reach, I'd definitely go for that.
