I love putting this on Day or Night, but the scent enveloping my senses just before bed is the best.

Recommended use is no more than twice daily, so, as with other acids, how often you apply it does depend on skin type.I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had started to massage a little bit of it into my Skin, it turned from an incredibly thick and oily yet ever so slightly creamy Oil in Cream Moisturiser into a thick and oily yet ever so slightly balmy Facial Oil that sank into my Skin within a matter of seconds. While we remain part of Pixi glow’s loyal fan base, as a far cheaper alternative, we think it’s well worth checking out Lacura’s glycolic toner offering. Just like other similar fragrance ingredients (like linalool and limonene) geraniol also oxidises on air exposure and becomes allergenic. I was once again browsing the beloved middle aisle with a fine-toothed comb to see what bargains and dupes I could sniff out; it was there that I saw this absolutely blatant dupe for the Pixi Rose Tonic – the Lacura Healthy Glow Rose Toner! It’s so obvious what its a copy of, the packaging is very similar to the original – pretty cheeky how similar it is! I really liked what this did when I used it, as once I had poured some on to a Cotton Wool Round and had swiped it across my Face, it turned from an incredibly thin and watery yet ever so slightly balmy Micellar Water into a thin and watery Tonic that set within a matter of seconds.It does so by neutralizing the metal ions in the formula (that usually get into there from water) that would otherwise cause some not so nice changes. I had a gift pack of the three tonics but the glow one nipped and I already have retinol in one of my night creams.
