Our Service is an online platform which provides Members with information (e.g. bottle facts, market-indices, market values and prices) on (mostly) whisky and allows Members to add information to the platform. We do not sell, nor does the Service provide any option to buy, any alcoholic products.

Caol Ila 12 year old single malt isn’t one the best ones that Islay can offer but it is a great showing from the islands of peat. Nice addition to the peaty world with different kind of nuances, than some other Islay distilleries have to offer. Caol Ila 12YO has been chill-filtered and colored, with maturation in Ex-Boubon Hogsheads. We may terminate or temporarily suspend your account to protect you, ourselves or our partners from (suspected) identity theft or other (suspected) fraudulent (e.g. false, misleading, deceptive) activity. You have the obligation to keep your login credentials confidential. You shall not authorize any others to use or access your account. If we decide not to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms, such decision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

We may sell, license, transfer, assign or in any other way dispose of the Service (including Members) to any third party without any notification to you, e.g. (but without limitation) in connection with any reorganization, restructuring, merger or sale, or other transfer of assets. Each and every Member must be of legal drinking age in its country of residence to be allowed to use the Service. This is a delicious offering from Caol Ila for this year's Feis Ile, the annual festival held on Islay to celebrate the island's whisky and music. Sadly this year it has been held virtually again due to the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions in Scotland. But that has not stopped most of the distilleries releasing a special bottling. A seductive brininess and waves of oily peat-reek greet the olfactory sense. I’d say their whisky is a bit light but other Islay distilleries have toned the trademark heavily peated Islay character down a bit. At the end of the day, the difference is not that big between Caol Ila and the heavy hitters of peat (Laphroaig, Lagavulin, Ardbeg).
