At this one, not a single speaker from the floor agreed with the Blue Ribbon Plan, under which paddling was abolished. TV news item from 2006 about allegations that a basketball coach at a high school in Virginia (where CP is banned in public schools) made members of the team take turns to spank one of their number. TV crew visits a school district in North Carolina with the most paddlings in the state, but also one of the lowest levels of violent incidents.
