The kids couldn’t resist with this boat but to put it in water, although it is a bit heavy and probably not designed to float it can actually as long as you don’t put the action figure in the boat as well. Eliza and Max absolutely love small world play. They will spend hours creating their own little worlds and adventures, and so I knew the new Vet Squad toys would be a hit in our house. The Sea Life Trust’s charity work is all about protecting the world’s oceans and assist in the rehabilitation and support of marine animals they care for So we had an easy decision when we were asked to review the Yara’s 4×4 Adventure Jeep: Safari Expedition from Vet Squad. In our house we have an animal loving eight-year-old whose favourite animals are unicorns and giraffes. The Vet Squad jeep comes with a poorly giraffe, so she was chomping at the bit to play with it and put it through its paces. They're based in convenient locations including supermarkets, newsagents and train stations. Plus they're often open late and on Sundays.Vet Squad playsets and action figures are aimed at children over 3 years old and whilst we had great fun with our Kids Unboxing them we did find that some of the accessories are really little and maybe not what we personally would be keen to have our 3 year olds playing with, such as the little carrot for the rabbit or bone for the dog.

We were kindly sent a selection of the new Vet Squad toys from Vivid Toys & Games and we knew straight away they would be a huge success. There are lots of girl figures which was amazing as a lot of professionals in toy sets are male. Great to see some positive female professional figures. The Forest rescue set contained a 4×4 and baby elephant who has an injury to his ear. The animals included in the sets all have something that the vet needs to make better. Each of the toys are great for little hands and although there are a lot of small parts there is a lot of attention to detail. The Vet Squad jeep is a good-quality toy that is perfect for imaginative play. Our young tester has absolutely loved playing with it and has been on many excellent adventures driving around and opening a clinic here there and everywhere, she has even asked for the other characters with their vehicles and the vet surgery for Christmas. We love toys like this as it gets the kids engaged allowing their little minds to wander off onto some exciting adventure which really builds on their creative skills as well as communication skills as they talk you through their stories.
