Devoted to You: Once he finds love, he becomes loyal and unwavering in his devotion. With Ripley, he can't even try to make her jealous through flirting with someone else, because he is just too much in love with her to do it properly. Deadpan Snarker: Sylvia ia definitely the queen of snark. Zeronis and Rose show shades of this as well. The author of the novel was obsessed with blond hair and blue eyes. The female lead had blond hair and blue eyes. So did the male lead. And so did the villainess. Because You Were Nice to Me: Zeronis is attracted to Ripley because of this. She comforted him over the death of his mother (while drunk of course) and he realizes that there;'s someone who understands his pain. It takes him a while after genuinely fall in love with her, however. The male lead, of both the original web novel and this story. He is a man shrouded in mystery, though everyone knows he is a ruthless, cold, unfeeling bastard. After spending a night with Ripley, Zeronis gets engaged with her right away and acts lovey-dicey with her.

Miss Ripley! Thank you so much for coming all the way here.” A sweet voice suddenly interrupted my thoughts. If I Can't Have You…: Rose becomes increasingly desperate the more her efforts to get rid of Ripley and become the Duchess get thwarted. Eventually, she breaks into the Duke’s house disguised as a maid, and tries to murder Ripley and Sylvia out of revenge. Insecure Love Interest: Ripley is initially uncomfortable with becoming Zeronis’ bride because she does not believe she should take was isn’t hers. She tries her best to pair Zeronis and Etoile together, but to no avail. It takes quite a bit of work for Zeronis to convince Ripley to let go of the original plot. Humiliation Conga: Rose has it rough during the second half of the story, when her desperation to separate Ripley from Zeronis reaches an all-time high. She has Ripley kidnapped and forces her to write a breakup letter to Zeronis, only for him to see right through it and rescue Ripley. He then threatens Rose’s father into sending her to an abbey, a Fate Worse than Death for her. Finally escaping thanks to her father bribing the abbey, Rose sneaks into Zeronis’s mansion as a maid and tries to stab Ripley and Sylvia, only to set the mansion, and herself, on fire. When Ripley next finds her, she is living in delirium in the slums with burns so severe she wears a cloak at all times, and spends her days hallucinating that she is a duchess. Ripley only spares her from being executed because the original Ripley wouldn’t want her old friend to suffer (and she’s too far gone for punishment to matter). Digital goods, open DVDs and Blu-rays, smart art prints, mystery bundles, and final sale items are excluded from the return policy.

As for the art, it's ok. Only the characters makes the long time reader frustrated like "is there unique about it?". Typical romance story as what it said in their prologue.. Very typical as typical as Cinderella or snow white story. His smirk could only mean one thing. I looked at his sexy smile and thought to myself, I’m screwed.

You sure are acting a bit strange today, my lady… Oh, and what do you want for breakfast? Would you like the usual—cream soup with carrot juice?” Okay, just calm down. As I tried to understand the situation, a few scenes from the book crossed my mind. Or were they scenes from my own memory?Men Are Childish: Zeronis often acts like a clingy boy when it comes to Ripley. One of the best ways to get on his good side is to frequently compliment him or Ripley. Ripley herself calls him ‘adorable’ when he acts like this and compares the younger Prince Chris to him (to his displeasure). No, it certainly wasn’t that I hadn’t liked it… Hang on, this wasn’t what I was trying to think about! The question made me open my eyes again, and I stared at her hand. It was way too large to be a woman’s hand. Storyline: A handsome, selfish noble falls for a beautiful, kind commoner -- at least, that’s how the story’s supposed to go. When an average college student wakes up as Ripley, an extra in her favorite romance novel, she resolves to enjoy the luxuries of her character’s status while watching the novel's plot unfold from the sidelines.
