The blade is thinner toward the tip and is more likely to break. Please cut as close to the center of the blade as possible. Being the nerd that I am I took them both to my wife and had her use the Tamiya snips first, no problem, they worked as expected. Then I handed her the God Hands and had her do another cut; her response was "wow!". She then proceeded to cut the rest of the sprue into bits just because it is amazing how easy it is to do. Literally like as close to zero resistance as you can possibly get in a world subject to the laws of physics.
