About this deal

But I'm getting ahead of myself here, let's rewind from the start. If you've watched either HameFura or MobuSeka for that matter, AkuLas's story is essentially the same copy-pasted blurb setting of its main female MC being Isekai-ed into the game, with her memories intact of how the game is being played out and navigating thereabouts so that she can reach the outcome of the game's "good end" and avoiding the "bad end". But as the saying goes: "Truth is stranger than fiction", and even if the game turned out to be predictable, there is always that small hole-sized void that'll plunge the female MC into self-perception if there exists an area that wasn't part of the main story (e.g. special spin-off character routes), regardless of how well she can memorize the entire game inside out to play exactly as how it would be panned out. true intentions from the start, greeting the Demon King with a "Marry me!", which starts, little by little, to get his attention. They get trough truble together, they avoid death flags together, and well... I don't wanna spoil even more, so it's left to you to find out more. The story is nice, rather short for my liking, but you can read it in one sitting if you want to. As another commenter said, it's very fairy tale-esque, but I enjoyed that aspect of it. With time running out, can Irene succeed with her plans, or will she remain bound to the ill-fated ending that awaits her? Someone tries to rape the protagonist, either to force her to marry him, or to trigger Demon King Claude's transformation into a dragon. In any case, this act doesn't receive remotely adequate punishment. Here are the North American anime, manga, and light novel releases for April. Aware of the tragic future ahead of her and determined to change it, the young girl resolves to conquer the game's final boss, the "Demon King" and Cedric's half-brother, Claude Jeanne Elmeier, by making him fall in love with her instead. For such a short series of just three volumes, the creative team has done a great job making readers fall in love with these characters while also providing plenty of laughs.

A fantastic comedy in which you can't help but admire Aileen, the main heroine, and one who was reborn into the world of an otome game as the villain. Does this sound familiar? The show resembles Hamefura in some ways. Part of the reason why I like this manga is that Aileen, even when she regains some of her memories from her past life, she's still prideful. Her motives is selfish even when it's good for the demons and people, which Aileen is upfront about. She's fun to watch, even if her actions are questionable.

However, it is easier said than done, as Claude distrusts her intentions. Instead of giving up, Aileen adamantly tries to win his heart by helping Claude fulfill his wish: to build peace between humankind and demonic beasts. But time is running out, and it is up to Aileen to change the course of not only her tragic ending but Claude's as well.

Overall (this is a very biased opinion, because I really loved the manga) this is a fun ride, I do think that it is re-readable and if you don't take it too seriously I think you'll like it. I also didnt like how once again the ‘heroine’ of the game turned into a two-face biatch. So cliche. She's witty, smart, and frank; she isn't afraid to state her Nice story, nice characters, nice art. It isn't long either, so it could be a good read for anyone, even if you don't like long manga. And for anyone who likes the villainess trope, this is a treat.

Wow. I mean the demon king does the typical doting and protecting stuff too, but for a couple to do all that for each other and actually be thankful for what others have done for them instead of feeling sorry for themselves at least once in the story is really refreshing. I will not forgive V03 for that horribly conceived attempted rape scene. It mutilates characters, emphasizes purity culture, and the perp gets away with it with barely a slap on the wrist. Also, this is the point where the ship started making less sense to me because there were too many heightened emotions and it does not fit with how little they actually know each other. Not going to lie, I brought it with me to work to read during my lunch break. I have only ever done that ONCE with another NG book. THAT'S how well this one wrapped me up in it's world. I was SO SAD to hit the end, MOR MONSTER WANT MOR!)Aileen Lauren Dautriche's life changes forever on the day her engagement with the crown prince Cedric Jeanne Elmir is nullified so he can be together with Lilia Rainworth. The event triggers Aileen's memories from her past life—she has been reincarnated in an otome game as the villainess, who is destined to die in the final act. To prevent her predetermined demise, Aileen has only one option: to court the game's last boss, Claude Jeanne Elmir—the proclaimed "Demon King" and Cedric's half-brother—and marry him. No se lo pueden perder~ It is my book version of dark chocolate. I have an affinity for the "otome isekai villainess" genre, where the MC h is a contemporary Japanese female, usually teen to young adult, who is whisked away to a usually fantasy type European style world that the protagonist realizes is based off of an otome game that she played when she was in Japan and that she is now the villainess of the game and is trying to avoid the "death flags" so she survives to a ripe old age, rather than to be used as the stepping stone for the "heroine" to have her "happy" ending.
