Take a good look at these mild scratches. If the scratches are only visible upon close inspection, sandpaper may not be necessary. Instead, use an abrasive acrylic polish (we recommend Novus No. 2) directly on the scratched area and apply consistent, moderate pressure to a clean, soft rag. Move it in a circular motion until you can’t see the scratches. This could take a few minutes, so don’t panic if the scratches don’t disappear immediately. Wet one piece of 600 grit sandpaper - run it over the scratched area in a circular motion and repeat with a dry piece of 600 grit sandpaper too.
