No drafts, leaks or condensation problems. There is only 1 zip for electricity cables which could be a pain if your cable wont stretch to that side of the tent, there are air flaps on all 4 corners and a zipped area at the bottom which you can buy a fan to fit in to create extra air circulation. Regarding capacity, the tent is officially for 4 people, but it offers a lot of space. The picture below shows its floor plan and the dimensions. The inner area is 127 ft² (11.8 m²), and in the case of 4 users this would give 31.75 ft² (2.95 m²) per person. The floor plan and the dimensions. The bedrooms are arranged next to one another. The divider between the two areas can be unzipped. We find this useful if you need to comfort a young child in the night as you don't need to get out of one sleeping area and into another.

The tent has several windows and the side ones have a metal piece inserted in them which means they roll up when you undo them which is a great feature. Saying that its proved to be perfect for a weekend camp. Took 15 minutes first pitch having just taken it straight out of the bag! Front zip on awning useful, with wind break down one side its proved to be perfect outdoor storage for cooking stuff etc. The picture below shows how this panel looks when you unzip it completely, as you realize it is completely rolled into a tube under the window. Now when you want to close the panel, you simply zip it on the sides, the integrated steel straps give very little resistance. Great design. The panel fully rolled up by itself.

The size of each sleeping section is only really big enough for a double camping air bed, and perhaps a small bag. We have used the larger Coleman Coastline 6 Deluxe for a number of years, and the additional bedroom that provides is not that practical. However, the living area is great, accommodating both the bags, kitchen, cupboards, toys, and all the other stuff family camping brings. The Coleman Lakeside 4 is very similar in layout but in the cabin style of tent. It doesn't have the porch and extension options. Both of these extend the living area outside. We decided we needed a smaller tent than our Mojave 5 that we could take away on short stays and decided to buy the Coleman Coastline 4 deluxe, we chose this tent in truth mainly on the price. I tested this tent in the windiest conditions (80mph winds + thunderstorms) and there wasn't a drop of water inside. The tent took a total battering all night long and was fine the next day. This is a very good quality tent.

The Coastline range has some other useful accessories such as the extended porch and the side porch. The gap at the front is necessary to let out condensation - otherwise you're going to wake up to the rainforest! It doesn't create a draft unless you don't pin it down, or if you haven't done your guy ropes correctly on the doors As for the door/water blowing in and it being hard to close from inside I had no problems. The tent has 3 loops on the bottom of the door (one at either side and one in the middle) which you can easily reach from inside the tent when the door is fully zipped down. Just get a small sized peg and push it in with your hand and the door will be secure with enough ventilation to keep down condensation. There is also a lip around the base of the groundsheet which keeps water out.

We definitely have problems putting it up and getting it to zip up once erected and are unsure why but hopefully the more we use it the easier it will be and hopefully we can work out what we are doing wrong but we don't believe it is a design fault, I'm pretty sure it is us. The shell fabric is a 185T polyester with 3000 mm PU coating and all seams are taped. The inner tent is a breathable polyester and no-see-um mesh. We have invested in a footprint and highly recommend the canopy which with a windbreak along the sides acts as an extension to the tent. As we have the 6 person version we didn't use the tent extension (as there is a bedroom in the way of that tent opening). These extensions are very good and zip right onto the tent. You may want to get some windbreaks though to prevent wind and horizontal rain entering into the tent.The tent itself is easy enough to pitch with two people (and possible with one). When pegging out the tent, it can be loose and saggy so just be sure to stretch it, at first we thought we were stretching it more than we should, but by doing so it was much more secure. There is a corner on the tent that we can never get smooth/taut, no matter what we try so don't think you've done anything wrong.
